2. Data we process
- Contact enquiries: name, email address, phone number and message content.
- Career applications: name, email address and uploaded CV or resume.
- Technical data required to deliver the website, such as server logs.
- A language preference stored locally in the browser to remember LV, EN or DE selection. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use contact data to respond to enquiries and take steps at the requester’s direction before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). CV data is used to assess current or future work opportunities, based on the applicant’s request and consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
4. Recipients and transfers
Website hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data. Career form submissions are sent through FormSubmit to [email protected]. The relevant provider may process data outside the EEA; its current terms and safeguards should be reviewed before production launch.
5. Retention
We retain contact enquiries only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, normally no longer than 12 months unless a longer period is legally required. CVs are normally retained for up to 12 months for future opportunities, unless the applicant asks us to delete them sooner or another lawful basis applies.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise a right, contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
7. Automated decisions
We do not use this website to make automated decisions or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Updates
We may update this notice when the website, processing or legal requirements change. The effective date is shown above.
